Maybe you want to appeal a grade. Maybe you’re looking for emergency funding to cover an unexpected expense. Or maybe you need help responding to a misconduct charge. Whatever the situation, the Indiana University Bloomington Student Advocates Office is here for you.
Who are the Student Advocates and what do they do?
Student Advocates are retired IU faculty and staff members who volunteer their time and expertise to help students deal with academic and personal challenges. With decades of experience at IU, they are knowledgeable about university policies and procedures and understand how to get things done.
The role of a Student Advocate is to work alongside you to address any issues that are preventing you from successfully completing your degree at IU.
