Cathlene is committed to promoting healthy, inclusive, socially just communities through research, practice, education and policies. As an administrator, educator, researcher and collaborator she strives to ensure that both individuals and families, in all forms, are active participants in creating a greater quality of life. She has a bachelor’s degree from George Mason University in Social Psychology and received two graduate degrees from Indiana University: A Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) from SPEA and a doctoral degree (Ph.D.) from the School of Public Health in Health Behavior and Family Health Policy. She has been the director of health and wellness at the IU Health Center since 2007.
